WYRD RHUBARB GIN
We infuse fresh, New Forest grown rhubarb in our hand-distilled Wyrd dry gin for approximately one month before sweetening the spirit slightly. The result is a smooth, tangy and fruity gin, bursting with ripe rhubarb aroma and taste. Sip neat over ice garnished with a strip of lemon peel. You can also enjoy it with elderflower tonic, a ginger ale garnished with a slice of orange, or in a cocktail of your choice. 5cL or 50cL, 40% ABV.
