Our Wyrd dry gin is rested and matured in oak barrels for up to 18 months to develop colour and rich flavours from the cask.  Each small batch we produce has a unique taste that includes sweet and smoky notes of caramel and vanilla from the oak as well as delicious flavours from the cask’s original contents – Bourbon, Moscatel, Sherry or Port.

Moscatel, Bourbon or Sherry versions – Sip it neat over ice, with a ginger ale or enjoy it as the base in a Whisky Sour.

Port version – Sip neat over ice, or in a large ice filled glass with Fevertree’s Aromatic tonic and a slice of orange, or as the base in a Negroni cocktail.
