COCKTAIL SUGGESTIONS

WYRD GIN & TONIC
A G&T is such a classic combination – ours is crisp, fresh and irresistibly delicious!
1 measure Wyrd Gin
2 to 3 measures of a good-quality tonic
1 lime wedge
Pour the gin and tonic into an ice filled glass. Stir well and garnish with a wedge of lime.
CLASSIC NEGRONI
An iconic cocktail which blends gin with bitter Campari and sweet vermouth. They say you need to try three of these (not all at once!) before you learn to love them, but once you have they are a great aperitif!
1 measure Wyrd Gin
1 measure Campari
1 measure sweet vermouth
Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth in an ice filled tumbler. Stir well and garnish with a slice of orange.
DRY MARTINI
Best drunk icy cold so chill your liquid ingredients and glass beforehand.
2 measures Wyrd Gin
¼ measure dry vermouth
Lemon twist
Stir the gin and vermouth for 10 seconds or so in a mixing glass containing ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop in.
Wyrd Coffee Negroni
5ml Wyrd Dry Gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Campari
15ml Cold Espresso
Orange Peel & Ice
Pour the gin, Campari, espresso & vermouth into a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and pour into an ice-filled tumbler. Squeeze an orange peel over the glass, wipe it around the rim and add to your drink!
Sip and enjoy!
Wyrd Martini
75ml Wyrd Dry Gin
12.5ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
12.5ml Noilly Pratt Extra Dry Vermouth
5ml Ouzo
Lemon Wheel
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well, strain into a Martini glass.
Garnished with a Rosemary sprig and enjoy!
WYRD GIMLET
50mL Wyrd Dry Gin
10mL Lime juice
10mL simple syrup (or teaspoon of sugar)
Lime wheel to garnish
Pour the gin, Campari, espresso & vermouth into a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and pour into an ice-filled tumbler. Squeeze an orange peel over the glass, wipe it around the rim and add to your drink!
Sip and enjoy!
Wyrd Sour
50ml Wyrd Sherry Barrel Aged Gin
Juice of half a lemon
15ml sugar syrup
And a Cherry on top!
Using our Wyrd Sherry Barrel Aged gin works amazingly well in this and goes down a treat as an alternative to a whiskey sour.
Build in your glass, add a giant ice cube and stir to combine. Enjoy!
WYRD STRAWBERRY SMASH
35mL Wyrd Dry Gin
Handful of fresh strawberries
15mL simple syrup (or a teaspoon of sugar)
A dash of balsamic vinegar
Pour the gin, Campari, espresso & vermouth into a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and pour into an ice-filled tumbler. Squeeze an orange peel over the glass, wipe it around the rim and add to your drink!
Sip and enjoy!
